The Meadows Frozen Custard’s first and only Harrisburg location was established just off Jonestown Road in April of 2011 and quickly transformed into a family favorite. Owned and operated by Todd Gelbaugh, The Meadows is a place where tradition meets innovation in every scoop!

In 2022, The Meadows’ property transformed to accommodate the growing area and welcomed two new experiences for our guests–Twisted G’s Pretzels and Nik-Knacks consignment shop. This year in 2024, The Meadows is excited to provide another avenue of satisfying your sweet tooth with the addition of the Sugar Shack.

Now, with classic flavors that evoke nostalgia to an ever evolving atmosphere with room for fun and relaxation, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. For over a decade, The Meadows has been a gathering place where friends and families come together to create memories. Whether it’s a weekend treat with the kids or a neighborhood hangout spot, our shop is where connections are made and smiles are shared.
